At FLYYAT LLC, we want to build a community where travelers can share authentic, helpful, and respectful insights about their trips. These Content Guidelines apply to all user-generated content, including reviews, photos, ratings, and questions/answers (collectively, "Content").
2. Allowed and Encouraged Content
We encourage you to share your genuine experiences. Good content is:
- Helpful and Relevant: Focus on the travel experience—the property, the flight, the service, the amenities, or the destination.
- Detailed: Explain what you liked and what could be improved. Mention specific details that might help other travelers.
- Original: Only submit photos and reviews that you have created or have explicit permission to use. Do not copy from other sources.
- Family-Friendly: Keep your content appropriate for a global, general audience.
3. Prohibited Content
To maintain a safe and trustworthy environment, we will remove Content that violates these guidelines. You may not submit Content that:
- Contains Hate Speech or Harassment: We have a zero-tolerance policy for discriminatory, threatening, or abusive language targeting individuals or groups based on race, religion, sexual orientation, gender, or disability.
- Is Explicit or Graphic: Includes profanity, vulgarity, or sexually explicit photos or text.
- Promotes Illegal Activity: References or depicts drug use, violence, or any other criminal acts.
- Is Spam or Commercial: Contains promotional material, URLs, email addresses, phone numbers, or offers for booking outside our platform.
- Violates Privacy: Includes personal, sensitive, or confidential information (e.g., credit card numbers, personal contact details of staff).
- Is Irrelevant: Focuses strictly on generalized political, ethical, or religious opinions without addressing the travel experience. Complaints about FLYYAT customer service, rather than the travel provider, should be directed to our Support team rather than posted in a property/airline review.
4. Photo Guidelines
When uploading photos, ensure they:
- Are clear, in-focus, and accurately represent the travel product or service.
- Do not contain identifying information of minors without parent/guardian consent.
- Are not excessively edited, filtered, or distorted in a way that misrepresents reality.
5. Our Rights and Moderation
FLYYAT reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, edit, or remove any Content submitted to our platform at our sole discretion, without notice to you, if we believe it violates these guidelines or our Terms of Service.
By submitting Content, you grant FLYYAT a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, create derivative works from, and publicly display such Content worldwide in any media.
6. How to Report a Violation
If you see Content that you believe violates these guidelines, please report it to us by clicking the "Report" flag next to the review or photo, or by contacting us directly at support@flyyat.com. We take reports seriously and will investigate and take action as appropriate.
