Welcome to FLYYAT. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any of our services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

FLYYAT acts as an intermediary between you and travel service providers (airlines, hotels, car rental companies). When you make a booking through our Services:

  • You enter into a direct contract with the travel service provider
  • The provider's own terms and conditions apply to your booking
  • Prices shown are subject to availability and may change until payment is confirmed
  • You are responsible for ensuring all booking information is accurate

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our Services are in the currency specified and include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. We accept various payment methods as indicated during checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Charges for bookings are processed immediately upon confirmation. In some cases, additional charges may apply for changes or cancellations as specified in the booking terms.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by travel service provider. The specific cancellation terms applicable to your booking are displayed before you complete the purchase. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

FLYYAT's service fee may be non-refundable in certain circumstances. Please review the cancellation policy carefully before booking.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Services
  • Use automated systems to access the Services without permission
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Violate the intellectual property rights of FLYYAT or third parties
  • Engage in fraudulent activities or attempt to manipulate prices or availability

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by FLYYAT and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FLYYAT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to FLYYAT in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of travel service providers, including flight delays, cancellations, overbookings, or service quality issues.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.

12. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.
